C'mon girls why not crossfit?

Am I crazy or is there something to this?  
After seeing this short video clip all your doubts & fears will be put to rest....

  3. I've noticed a complete difference in my overall fitness level and performance. I've trained and completed marathons and this year my first triathlon. However, I've noticed a major increase in muscle and endurance once I started doing crossfit. I'm hooked! You should look into it :) Happy weight lifting!
