These little guys are pretty aggressive here in NY. They are intimidating and a little scarey... Yeah I said it!

Outside the city there are some amazing sites to behold.....This was our first camping trip. We pitched tent right on the river - we sure had some laughs! We got a downpour of rain one night - nonetheless this was the blessing we received the next day

This was for my friend that got stung by a sting ray!!  It was funny her foot SWOLE up like a sausage!!!  OK, not so funny....The infirmary took good care of her :)  This cake was in her honor

Anniversary Cake

This isn't much of a cake but it fed 50 people. I decorated it while all my friends were hanging out awaiting the guests of honor for the surpise. I finished decorating in under 2 hours. The top tier was chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate ganache filling. I used fake flowers and my buttercream had melted pretty much so I had to make due with a squiggly design I made from the only icing tip I remembered to bring with...nontheless the couple loved it!
